US Production and Quality Manager / Enologist
Cameron has always held a passion for fermentation and food science. He completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry with a thesis presentation on hop oil isomerization and solubility in beer brewing. Cameron has worked in a variety of food and beverage production roles around the world including winemaking and Head Chocolate maker for a premium dark chocolate producer. In 2021, while working with Delicato Family Wines as their Enologist, Cameron completed the Professional Certificate in Winemaking from the University of California at Davis. Cameron joined the BevZero team mid 2021 as Production Enologist and has since become the US Production Manager/Enologist.
