Trained as an Agricultural Engineer from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Jacobo began his professional career as an engineer in an industrial facilities company for the food sector. He later graduated in Oenology from the University of La Rioja. With more than 15 years of experience in the wine sector, he has held technical/commercial positions, offering wineries solutions related to auxiliary facilities, process machinery and other industrial-level equipment. He joins the BevZero organization as Sales Manager EMEA in the equipment division.
