Blair Sande

General Manager, PolarClad Division

Blair joins BevZero with more than 28 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.  Starting out working in restaurants, he quickly developed a passion for food and wine. He expanded his interests into the beverage industry when joining Vinquiry in 2003.  Blair spent over a decade taking on many roles, as the company expanded to Vinquiry/Enartis, predominately focusing on analytical and enological products.  After moving to ATPGroup, Blair managed the Mobile Filtration division, as well as a taking on a role as a Product Specialist in the Enological division. All these roles have presented opportunities to work with companies and people throughout the beverage industry. Blair joined the BevZero team in 2023, most recently transitioning to the role of General Manager for PolarClad.

Growing up in Sebastopol has cultivated a love of the outdoors and Sonoma County.  When he is not working you will find Blair with his family and friends, likely riding his bikes or golfing. He’s still happiest in the kitchen preparing dishes for those closest to him.
