About Herbacée

Herbacée is the nation’s first cannabis-infused nonalcoholic wine that pays homage to traditional French-inspired wine blends. Translated as “Herbaceous” in French, their products showcase the art of blending and highlight the divine connection between cannabis and the grapevine. Commemorating healing botanicals and the organic properties that make plants, flowers, and herbs so extraordinary, Herbacée celebrates the flower and the vine. Herbacée was created by author, sommelier, influencer, and entrepreneur, Jamie Evans, with the support of brand incubator, Harmony Craft Beverages.

The Challenge

Herbaceé needed a partner to assist with creating the ultimate cannabis-infused alcohol-removed wine. With significant dealcoholization and formulation experience, BevZero was the right partner.

The Solution

Getting the right formulation was critical. BevZero formulated the wine so that it would have the ideal flavor profile to pair.

The Results

The result was an alcohol-removed wine.
